Easy Chicken Livers On Toast

|Cooking oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Finely chopped onion||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Sage leaves||2 (Fresh)|
|Chicken livers||8 Ounce, finely chopped (225 Gram)|
|Toasted bread slices||4 , lightly toasted|
Heat the oil in a frying-pan.
Add the onion and sage leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
Remove the sage.
Add the livers and pepper to taste and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the livers are cooked through.
Spread the mixture over the toast.
