Easy Chicken Livers On Toast

Ingredients
  Cooking oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Finely chopped onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sage leaves 2 (Fresh)
  Chicken livers 8 Ounce, finely chopped (225 Gram)
  Pepper To Taste
  Toasted bread slices 4 , lightly toasted
Directions

Heat the oil in a frying-pan.
Add the onion and sage leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
Remove the sage.
Add the livers and pepper to taste and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the livers are cooked through.
Spread the mixture over the toast.
