|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Green chilies||3 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Coriander leaves||3 Tablespoon|
|Tomato ketchup||1 Tablespoon|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Roll)|
|Vanaspati/Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Poppy seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Combine mashed potato, flour, salt and pepper to make 20 balls.
Cut each slice of bread into four pieces.
Combine all ingredients for filling and make 20 balls.
Roll potato balls into rounds (puries) about 3 inches in diameter dusting with bread crumbs.
Place a cottage cheese ball on each piece of bread and cover it properly with potato rounds.
Press some more bread crumbs.
Fry in deep hot fat, bread side going below first.
Brown on both the sides.
Drain on absorbant paper.
Place 1/2 teaspoon ketchup and a few coriander leaves on top of each patty.
