Ingredients
  Ripe firm tomatoes 2 Large, chopped
  Loosely packed chopped basil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped basil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Loosely Packed)
  Chopped endive 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Endive 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Italian bread loaf 1
Directions

Mix chopped tomatoes, basil, endive, and olive oil and let sit at room temperature. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Slice bread and cut into appetizer size pieces. Toast bread pieces.
Top with tomato mixture and serve immediately.
