Caraway Seed Toast
|Bread pieces||4 , thinly sliced|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
In a bowl mix butter, salt, garlic and caraway seeds.
Remove crusts from bread and cut into strips half an inch wide.
Spread prepared filling on one side of the strip.
Arrange on a greased backing sheet.
Bake in a hot (220°C) oven for 20-25 minutes.
