Trim crust from bread slices.
Cut each slice into 4 squares; cut each square into 2 triangles.
Place 18 triangles on an ungreased baking sheet; reserve remaining triangles for another use.
Spray both sides of each triangle with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until triangles are dry and lightly browned.
