Easy Party Appetizers

When you know how to make easy party appetizers, it becomes easy to serve your last-minute guests. It's always good to have a few quick appetizer recipes up your sleeve, so you can feel free to enjoy their company. Michele McAdoo for the Kraft Kitchens shares two easy party appetizer recipes that make the most of ingredients you have on hand.
Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed, drained (1 Package)
  Pasteurized prepared cheese 1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (Velveeta, 16 Ounce)
  Philadelphia cream cheese 4 Ounce, cubed (Half Of An 8 Ounce Package)
  Diced tomatoes and green chilies 1 Can (10 oz) (Rotel)
  Real mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Kraft Real)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Kraft)
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Crackers 24 (Triscuit)
Directions

Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip:
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 15 min
Servings: Makes 4 cups or 32 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.

1) Place the ingredients in microwaveable bowl and microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.

TIPS
- Serve with tortilla chips and cut-up fresh vegetables. (Tortilla chips and vegetables are not included in nutrition information.)
- Prepare using VELVEETA 2% Milk Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
- When serving this dip at a party, pour the prepared dip into a small slow cooker set on Low. This will keep the dip warm and at the ideal consistency for several hours. For best results, stir the dip occasionally to prevent hot spots.

Crostini:
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 15 min
Servings: 2 doz. or 8 servings, three topped crackers each

1) Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2) Mix mayo, cheese and onions until well blended.
3) Spread onto crackers; place in single layer on baking sheet.
4) Bake 4 to 5 min. or until mayo mixture is bubbly and golden brown.
