Tuscany Toasts

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Baguette 1 Pound
  Parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, stir together oil and garlic.
Slice bread as thin as possible.
Place slices on baking sheet and spread with garlic oil.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
(Toasts may be stored airtight for several days or frozen.)
