Crab On Toast
|Chopped green onion||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Crab meat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), flaked|
|Chopped ripe olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||To Taste|
|Toast slices||24 , cut in half diagonally|
|Shredded cheddar cheese/Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In saucepan, cook onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except bread and cheese.
Place 1 tablespoon crab mixture on each piece of toast.
Top each with 1 teaspoon cheese.
Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts.
