Curried Turkey On Toast makes for a very nice non-vegan meal. My kids liked everything about this Curried Turkey On Toast recipe. Give it a try!
Ingredients
  Chicken stock 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (Preferably Madras)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cooked turkey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole grain bread slices 4 , toasted
Directions

Place the stock, flour, and curry in a large skillet and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes.
Add the milk and stir until combined.
Add the peas and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes.
