Ingredients
  Crab meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Half and half 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Toast rounds 3 1⁄2 Dozen
Directions

Flake crab meat and remove any cartilage and shell.
