Herbed Garlic Toast

Ingredients
  Fresh minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh basil 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Fresh thyme 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Fresh mint 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon (or olive oil)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  French bread loaf 1
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cut bread into 12 slices; place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Immediately top each slice with 2 teaspoonfuls of herb mixture.
