Herbed Garlic Toast
|Fresh minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh basil||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Fresh thyme||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Fresh mint||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon (or olive oil)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|French bread loaf||1|
In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cut bread into 12 slices; place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Immediately top each slice with 2 teaspoonfuls of herb mixture.
