Ingredients
  Toast slice 3
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Anchovy essence 3 Drop
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste and spread on the hot toast.
Cut in fingers and serve hot.
