Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients
  Sugar 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄8 Teaspoon (1/4 Teaspoon Plus 1/8 Teaspoon)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 3
Directions

1. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
2. Toast the bread and butter it on one side.
3. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the buttered side of the toast.
4. Place on cookie sheet and put in pre heated oven at 350° for 5 minutes.
5. Cut in attractive pieces and serve hot on a bread plate.
