Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Shallots 3 , minced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  French baguette rounds 16
  Cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°).
In a frying pan, heat oil.
Saute vegetables and parsley.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Sprinkle with flour.
Cook 2 minutes, while stirring.
Fold in milk.
Stirring constantly, continue cooking 6 minutes or until sauce is thick and creamy.
Add sauteed mushrooms.
Season.
Set aside.
On a non stick cookie sheet, place baguette rounds.
Coat with mushroom sauce.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Cook in oven 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and starts to brown.
