Mennonite Egg Toast

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Bread 2 , slices
Directions

Beat egg and add salt and milk.
Dip bread into mixture and fry on both sides until golden brown.
You can serve this with bacon or with corn syrup or maple syrup, or you can simply sprinkle with powdered sugar.
