|Ghee||1 Teaspoon (For greasing)|
Cut each slice of bread into two triangular pieces.
Discard the pulp from the tomato and chop it finely.
Chop the onion, chilli and coriander leaves.
Beat the eggs and add the other ingredients.
Mix well, remove all the chopped ingredients, and soak the bread in the milk and egg mixture.
Heat a little ghee in a frying pan on a low fire.
Put in the soaked slices, and heap some of the chopped mixture on top.
Baste with a spoon.
Turn, and fry the other side.
