Ingredients
For seasoning mix
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet paprika 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried sweet basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tilapia fillets 30 Ounce (Fresh Ones, 6 Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Vegetable cooking oil spray 1
Directions

Combine the seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle each side of each fillet evenly with 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture.
Preheat a 10-inch skillet, preferably nonstick, over high heat to 400°, about 5 minutes.
Spray the top side of each fillet evenly with vegetable-oil spray.
Place the fillets, two at a time (sprayed side down), in the skillet, reduce the heat to medium, and cook 2 minutes.
Turn the fillets over and cook until done, about 2 minutes more.
Remove the cooked fillets, wipe the skillet clean, bring the heat back up to 400°, and repeat the process with the remaining fillets.
