Tom Yum Goong is a version of the famous Tom Yum soup made with prawns. This is a Thai version of the soup which is flavored with ingredients like lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lemon juice and fish sauce. The soup is often served garnished with chopped cilantro.
