Salmon With Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients
For sauce
  Sweet chili sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mae Ploy)
  Japanese rice vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Seasoned Gourmet)
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Salt To Taste
For salmon
  Salmon fillet 1 (cut into 2)
  Black pepper powder To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. FOR SAUCE
In a bowl, pour sweet chili sauce and add rice vinegar. Tip in the salt, cucumber, cilantro and mix well.
2. FOR SALMON
Sprinkle salt and pepper over salmon fillet. Broil it in the oven for 10 minutes or until done.

SERVING
3. Serve the Salmon and Thai sweet chili sauce with fresh fruits and corn on the cob.
