Thai Chicken Pizza
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Premade pizza crust||1|
|Peanut sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Carrot||1 Medium, shaved|
|Mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce, shredded|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
Marinate, covered, in the teriyaki marinade in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.
Drain the chicken.
Cook the chicken in the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Dice the cooked chicken.
Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan.
Drizzle with the peanut sauce.
Sprinkle with the carrot, chicken and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with the bean sprouts.
Return to the oven for 1 minute to warm sprouts.
