This is fun and easy-to-make, plus it tastes great! And, by the way, if you’re making a lot of kefir, chances are you’ll have a LOT of coconut meat to play around with! Take a look…
  Coconuts 9 (Young Variety)
  Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kefir starter pack 1 Ounce

Scrape out the flesh from the young coconuts. Blend this in the blender by adding the coconut water. Pour this into a clean jar. Mix the Kefir into the coconut blend, cover the lid and allow to ferment for overnight.

Serve the yogurt with honey or stevia or blueberries.
