Thai Salmon Steaks
|Rice vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chinese mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, finley minced|
|6 oz. salmon steaks||4|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard and parsley.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the steaks in the grill and cover each with a sjpoonful of the Thai sauce.
Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
Serve with any remaining sauce.
