Ingredients
  Green papaya 1
  Green chilies 2 , finely chopped
  Coconut cream 3 Tablespoon
  Thick coconut milk 150 Milliliter
  Lime rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Palm sugar 2 Teaspoon, powdered
  Thai fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Wash, peel, deseed and grate the papaya. Do not wash thereafter.
2 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
