Phat Thai

The Phat Thai recipe is the easy to make Thai fried noodles cooked with a combination of chicken, bean curd and shrimp. A complete meal in itself. Words really are not enough to describe the flavor and taste of this great tasting dish. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you.
Ingredients
  Sliced chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Small Strip)
  Shrimps 4
  Eggs 2
  Soy bean curd 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), cut into small silvers
  Pickled white radish 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Shallot/Onion 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Ground dried red chili/Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime 1 (For Garnishing)
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced thinly (For Garnishing)
  Cabbage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced thinly (For Garnishing)
  Ground roasted peanut 2 Tablespoon
  Rice noodle 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Narrow)
Directions

Fry the chopped garlic and onion until turned yellow. Add chicken and fry until cooked. Pour in the shrimp, pickled white radish, soya bean curd. Break the eggs into the pan and scramble. Add sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, ground dried red chilli and stir well. Pour in the noodles, stir fry until mixed well, add spring onion, 3/4 or half a cup of bean sprouts ( the remainder, clipped both ends, used for garnishing) and stir-fry until cooked. Spoon onto a platter, Garnish with ground roasted peanut, bean sprouts, carrot, cabbage and sliced lime
