Thai Omelette With Pork

Thai omelet is made with eggs along with pork and chopped greens. The Thai omlette is a classic Thai dish that is traditionally also served as breakfast. Served with a side of crispy vegetables along with rice the Thai omlette can make a full meal.
  Eggs 2 Large
  Pork 100 Gram
  Spring onions 2
  Shallots 2
  Chicken stock powder 1 Teaspoon
  Thai seasoning sauce 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Using a wok of Frying pan, add 3 tbs Oil and bring to smoking hot

Once hot pour in the eggy mic and swill round the pan as per video

This is to make it light and fluffy

Flip over once or twice to achieve a lovely golden brown colour

Remove and serve

That's it as Khwanjai says... Done!
