Shrimp And Pineapple Yellow Thai Curry

A very hot and spicy dish. The recipe is from South of Thailand. It will be loved by people who love spicy food in their meals. It has sweet, tangy and spicy taste. It goes very well with white and red rice cooked in Thai style. The is altogether healthy.
Ingredients
  Thai chillies 25 (Dried Or Fresh)
  Turmeric root 1
  Garlic cloves 8 Clove (40 gm)
  Red onions 2 Small
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shrimp paste 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple 1
  Fresh water shrimp 12 , cleaned
  Tamarind concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon (To Taste)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

To make the curry grind all the curry ingredients and then boil it in water. When the curry boils addd shrimps and then pineapple slices. Let the shrimp and pineapple cook and then add fish sauce and some tamarind concentrate and sugar, lime. Let it cook for some more time and serve it.

You don't say "In a mortar and pestle". The mortar is the bowl and the pestle is the tool used to grind the ingredients.
