8 Clove (40 gm)
Fresh water shrimp
12 , cleaned
3 Tablespoon (To Taste)
To make the curry grind all the curry ingredients and then boil it in water. When the curry boils addd shrimps and then pineapple slices. Let the shrimp and pineapple cook and then add fish sauce and some tamarind concentrate and sugar, lime. Let it cook for some more time and serve it.
