Ingredients
  Chicken 500 Gram, chunked
  Lemon grass 4 (4 Sprigs)
  Crushed garlic 3 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Palm sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 3 (Whole, Fresh Clusters)
  Dried red chilies 2 Large
Directions

Mixed ingredents except chicken and let stand 1 hour.
2). Heat 5 tablespoons oil in pan when hot add chickenand other ingredents cook till dry.
3). Garnish and Serve.
