Thai Green Curry

Ingredients
  Prawns 600 Gram
  Coconut milk 200 Gram
  Carrots 800 Gram
  Baby sweetcorn 600 Gram
  Broccoli 800 Gram
  Olive oil To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
For curry paste
  Lemongrass stick 2
  Ginger 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin powder 1 Tablespoon
  Chillies 2 (adjust as per taste)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients for paste.
2. Boil the carrot, sweet corn and broccoli for 10 minutes.
MAKING
3. In a wok, heat the olive oil and fry the paste for 5 minutes or so, then add the coconut milk.
4. Add the vegetables and prawns. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes or so.

SERVING
5. Serve Thai Curry with rice.
