Curry Simple is the easiest thing to use when it comes to making Thai Curry...
Ingredients
  Chicken thigh 1 Pound
  Red onion 2 Medium, chopped
  Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Pepper 50 Gram (green and yellow)
  Thai curry paste green 200 Gram
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop onions, cut chicken thigh into eatable chunks, cut the peppers lengthwise and slice the mushrooms.

MAKING
2. In a skillet, heat butter, add chicken and onion, cook until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add mushroom and peppers, cook for 5 minutes. Add the Thai curry paste, cook for another 5 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve hot with brown rice.
