Mango and Beef (Thai Style) is a perfect in-your-kitchen beef recipe that pairs the sweetness of mango with the robust beef flavors. Served with sesame noodles, adding fresh red pepper and scallion, this meal is great for the "I don't want to spend all night cooking" set. AND, it can be made to serve 2, for LESS than $10.

6) In another pan, saute the red pepper in little olive oil over a medium-high heat.
7) Season with the salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Recipe looks great but what makes it Thai? No peanut oil, no chiles, no Thai badsil, no fresh garlic or shallots, no fish sauce........... Mangoes in Thailand are simply amazing, so fragrant and flavourful.
