Som Tam (Thai Papaya Salad)
|Raw papaya||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chilli flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Roasted peanuts||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Cilantro sprigs||8 (for garnish)|
1.Whisk together sugar with lemon juice and soy sauce unless sugar dissolves.
2.Add grated papaya and toss in peanuts.
3.Sprinkle chili flakes and give it one more toss.
4.Garnish with cilantro sprigs and serve.
You could make it healthier by adding tomatoes and sprouts.
