Make Spicy Stir-Fried Pork And Long Beans

Ingredients
  Pork 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chili paste 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce/Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Msg powder 1 Dash
  Long bean 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut in 1/2 inch pieces
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok, heat oil and add in the pork, stir and allow to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Add in the chili paste and stir to coat.
3. Pour in the chicken stock and add sugar, soy sauce and MSG and stir till all the ingredients are well combined.
4. Put the long beans in, and stir until the beans are tender but crunchy.

SERVING
5. Serve hot over bed of rice.
