1. In a bowl, beat the egg.
2. In a wok, heat half the oil, and tilt the wok to spread the oil.
3. Pour the egg in the wok and rotate the wok to spread the egg in a thin layer.
4. Put all the ingredients for stuffing over the egg.
5. Spoon the remaining oil around the sides of egg and allow to cook until the edges are firm.
6. Using a flat spoon loosen the edges of the egg and fold it to make an envelop.
