A fantastic thai green curry shrimp!
Ingredients
  Thai green curry paste 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Coconut milk 300 Gram
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 200 Gram, cleaned
  Basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop basil leaves.
2. Clean the shrimps.

MAKING
3. In a skillet, heat oil, pour the green curry paste and cook for 5 minutes, add coconut milk and sugar, allow to cook for 20 minutes.
4. Add shrimps, cook for another 5 minutes. Add basil leaves.

SERVING
5. Garnish with lime slice and serve hot with steamed rice.
