1. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet or wok, about 5 minutes, then drain fat.
2. Add red peppers, garlic and ginger, and chili flakes. Cook about 4 minutes.
3. Remove meat from heat. Add the peanut butter sauce to the meat and mix in the skillet or wok.
4. Serve on a bed of the lettuce, or serve the lettuce and meat separately so the diners can make their own wraps.
