Ingredients
  Lean ground beef/Chicken / pork / turkey 2 Pound
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fish sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), freshly squeezed
  Limes 2
  Ground roasted rice 3 Teaspoon
  Ground roasted dried chili peppers 1 Teaspoon
  Red onion 1⁄4 , sliced
  Green onion 4 , sliced
  Cilantro 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), sliced
  Spearmint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  String beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red cabbage/White cabbages 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a pan, roast 1 cup of uncooked rice over medium heat, stirring constantly until lightly brown.
2 In another pan, roast 1 cup of chili peppers over medium heat, stirring constantly until lightly burnt.
3 Using a food processor, grind the rice until it reaches the consistency of fine sand.
4 In the food processor jar, grind the roasted chili peppers.

MAKING
5 In a pan, heat bout 1 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil.
6 Gradually add in the ground meat and cook thoroughly.
7 Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the ground rice and chili peppers.
8 Add in the fish sauce and lime juice, mix well.
9 Add in the diced green onion and diced red onion.
10 Mix in the diced cilantro and spearmint.
11 You can choose to add laotian parsley, however, it is optional.
12 Mix well so that the ingredients can combine well.

SERVING
13 Serve along with raw cabbage slices.
