Ingredients
  Cooked jasmine rice/Long grain rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooled
  Garlic cloves 6 Large
  Thai chili peppers 4 (Red And Green Colored)
  Serrano peppers 2
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into bite sizes
  Oyster sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into julienne
  Fresh basil leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 , cut into bite sizes
  Cilantro sprigs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a deep pan or wok, heat oil over high heat until it starts to smoke.
2 Add in the crushed garlic and crushed chili peppers.
3 Stir quickly making sure they don not burn.
4 Add in chicken pieces at once.
5 Stir well.
6 Add in the oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
7 Cook, stirring until the chicken is cooked through.
8 Add in the cooked rice.
9 Stir quickly to blend the sauces with rice.
10 Add in the red bell pepper, stirring constantly.
11 Add in the basil leaves while stirring.
12 Remove from the heat.

SERVING
13 Serve at once garnished with sliced cucumbers and cilantro sprigs.
