Thai Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Rice vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chinese mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Salmon steaks 24 Ounce (4 Steaks, 6 Ounces Each)
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a small saucepan and mix together vinegar, honey, mustard, soy sauce and parsley.
2.Let simmer for 5 minutes.
3.Coat grill with nonfat cooking spray.
4. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
5.Place salmon steaks in grill and spoon prepared Thai sauce over the fillets.
6.Grill for 6 to 8 minutes until the fish flakes easily.

SERVING
7. Serve hot with the Thai sauce.
