Thai Beef Satay

Ingredients
  Beef top round 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  White vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Dry roasted peanuts 2 Ounce, chopped
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Remove the fat from the beef.
2 Thinly slice the beef and place in a large resealable plastic bag.
3 In a small serving bowl, add the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, green onion and honey and pour over the beef.
4 Seal the bag tightly, amke sure to remove as muxh air as possible and refrigerate for 12 hours.
5 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
6 On the skewers, thread the beef slices in an accordion fashion, adjusting the meat to evenly fit the skewers.
7 Discard the marinade.
8 Place the skewers horizontally on the grill for 3-4 minutes, or as per your preference.

SERVING
9 Sprinkle chopped peanuts on each skewer and serve.
