Ingredients
  Water chestnuts 500 Gram
  Coconut milk 1⁄4 Liter
  Sugar syrup 1⁄4 Liter
  Tapioca flour 200 Gram
  Red color 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop water chestnuts into small cubes.

MAKING
2) Dredge water chestnuts tapioca flour and red colouring.
3) Place in a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 mins.
4) Drain coated water chestnuts and dip in a bowl of sugar syrup.
5) Pour coconut milk and crushed ice into the bowl of mixture.

SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
