|Water chestnuts||500 Gram|
|Coconut milk||1⁄4 Liter|
|Sugar syrup||1⁄4 Liter|
|Tapioca flour||200 Gram|
|Red color||2 Tablespoon|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Chop water chestnuts into small cubes.
2) Dredge water chestnuts tapioca flour and red colouring.
3) Place in a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 mins.
4) Drain coated water chestnuts and dip in a bowl of sugar syrup.
5) Pour coconut milk and crushed ice into the bowl of mixture.
6) Serve immediately.
