Ingredients
  Boneless chicken thighs 1 Kilogram
  Maggi seasoning 80 Gram
  Oyster sauce 90 Gram
  Chinese wine 1⁄4 Liter
  Sugar 90 Gram
  Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix them in thoroughly
2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerate for six hours or more
3. Wrap the chicken in pandan leaf and deep fry in oil till well cooked

SERVING
4. Serve as required
