Thai Stir Fried Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast 12 Ounce, thinly sliced (350 Gram)
  Shallots 8 , sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Green chili 1 , finely chopped
  Courgettes 3 , thinly sliced (Zucchini)
  Ground almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Creamed coconut 1 3⁄4 Ounce, grated (50 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir fry for about 4 minutes.
2. Add the shallots, garlic, ginger and chilli and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the (bell) peppers and courgettes (zucchini) and cook for about 1 minute.
4. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and seasoning. Stir-fry for 1 minute and serve.
