Thai Sweet And Sour Fish

Ingredients
  Fish 450 Gram (Rohu / Pomfret, 2 In Number)
  Green chili 4
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 2
  Carrot 1 , cut into long pieces
  White vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 60 Gram (Or Sugar)
  Fish stock 60 Milliliter
  Green onion 6
  Corn flour 2 Tablespoon, blended with 1 teaspoon water
  Water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Make shallow slits on both sides of fish.
2)Wash and marinate with a mixture of soya sauce and salt for 1 hour.

MAKING
3)In a pan, heat oil. Fry the fish turning over once for 5 to 10 minutes until both sides are done.
4)In another pan, heat some oil and saute green chilli, carrot, ginger, garlic for 3 to 4 minutes.
5)Add in stock, vinegar, fish sauce and sugar. Bring the mixture to boil.
6)Mix in blended corn flour and bring to boil.

SERVING
7)Once the sauce thickens, pour over fish and serve hot.
