Thai Fruit Platter With Coconut Sauce

Ingredients
  Lichi/Grapes /sweet lemon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mango 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water melon/Orange 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Papaya 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Star fruit 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Banana 1
  Coconut milk 175 Milliliter
  Caster sugar 60 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1)Peel pineapple, lichi and mango.
2)Cut mango into long pieces.
3)Cut water melon and musk melon and deseed.
4)Slice banana and star fruit. Brush sliced banana with lemon juice,
5)Make sauce by mixing coconut milk and sauce together.

SERVING
6)Place all fruits on a serving dish in an attractive manner and pour sauce over the fruits.
7)Serve.
