Ingredients
  Maggi cubes 6 , crumbled (Lemon Flavor)
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Spring onions 4 , finely chopped
  Red chilies 3 , chopped
  Galangal 1 Inch, thinly sliced (Type Of Ginger)
  Mushrooms 10 , sliced
  Medium prawns 2 Cup (32 tbs), shelled & cleaned
  Lime leaves 6
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, boil water.
2)Put in half the spring onions, crumbled Maggi Lemon Masala Cubes, red chillies, galangal.
3)Let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
4)Put in the sliced mushrooms and prawns.
5)Let it simmer till the prawns turn pink.
6)Put in the lime leaves, remaining spring onions and chopped coriander leaves

SERVING
8)Remove from heat ladle into soup bowls and serve hot.
