Thai Spiced Short Ribs

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced to make 1 teaspoon
  Minced ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Thai red curry paste 1 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Short ribs 4 Pound (Four 1 Pound Pieces)
  Cinnamon stick 2 Inch
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped to make 1 cup
  Lower sodium beef broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

1. Combine oil, garlic, ginger, curry paste, allspice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a paste. Rub on ribs.
2. Put ribs, cinnamon, onion, and broth in a 4 1/2-quart or larger slow cooker. Cover and cook until beef is tender, 6 to 7 hours on low or 3)4 to 4 hours on high. Skim excess fat from broth. serve.
