Thai Cilantro Chili Marinade

Ingredients
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm) (Peeled)
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground white pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the top off the bunch of cilantro and place in the food processor.
Add the garlic and pulse to finely mince.
Add the remaining ingredients and puree.
Use to marinate shrimp or chicken.
