Thai Flavoured Whole Chilli Fish

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Whole fish 4 Small
  Red chili 1 , seeded and finely sliced
For marinade
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon (Including Root And Stem)
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Chili paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Sambal Ulek)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground turmeric 2 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1.Clean fish and rinse under cold running water.
Pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper and arrange in a deep tray.
2.To make marinade, combine coriander, ginger, garlic, chilli paste, sugar, turmeric, oil, vinegar and water.
Pour over fish and rub well into the skin and flesh.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3.Barbecue or grill fish for 3-4 minutes each side or until flesh flakes when tested with a fork.
Serve fish with any remaining
