Wrapped Thai Chicken

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breast 1 , skinned boned halved
  Savory seasonings poultry blend 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 1 Teaspoon
  Creamy peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash (Or To Taste)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Pound each chicken piece with meat mallet to 1/2 inch thickness.
Sprinkle Poultry Blend, garlic and peanuts over meat.
Wrap by rolling up and tucking meat around ends.
Secure with wooden picks.
Pat sesame seeds on.
Preheat oil in small frying pan over medium heat.
Add wrapped chicken; fry 5 minutes.
Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce and sugar in a small bowl; whisk until blended.
Turn chicken over; add sauce.
Cover; fry 5 to 8 minutes or until meat is white and tender.
