Welcome to Hot Thai Kitchen! Today I am going to prepare a popular Thai dessert - Gluay Kag or Fried Bananas. This recipe is completely different from the regular fried bananas, which are commonly available in stores.In this part, I am going to fry the bananas.
Ingredients
  Bananas 3 Medium, peeled and sliced (Gluay Nam Wa)
  Sweet potato 6 Medium, slice
  Plantain 4 Medium, slice
For batter
  Rice flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon, toasted
  Coconut meat 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
